The event was handled with tremendous efficiency and supreme professionalism. The staff seem to have a genuine gift of hospitality and we found them to be well trained and efficient. They had a Party Planner that works with outside caterers and she reports there was such an impression of warm hospitality by their staff that she hardly had to do any event tending herself.
